CATHY POWELL - FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Cathy grew up with Rheumatoid Arthritis and has experienced many periods of disabling pain and lack of mobility.
She started training dogs at a young age and understands at a very deep level the value and comfort that a service dog can provide.
INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING FOR EACH HANDLER/DOG TEAM
Loving Angel provides full public access service dogs.
Our dogs are trained for MOBILITY ASSISTANCE, SEIZURE RESPONSE, DIABETIC ALERT, PTSD, and
AUTISM SUPPORT.
We understand that everyone - and their needs - are unique, which is why we customize our training program for each dog/handler team. That process starts as soon as an applicant is approved and continues throughout the duration of the training. Support and training continue after placement to ensure success.
We gift our trained dogs to U.S. Military Veterans as well as First Responders.
Because we are run by an all-volunteer staff and are powered by wonderful private donors, we are able to also place our dogs with others in need for a reduced fee.

that we have bred, raised and trained for them specifically.
